The Partnership continued our collaboration with the Greater Washington Board of Trade to host the 2021 Capital Regional Transportation Forum. The event featured a discussion between transportation leaders from across the Capital Region. The event included Maryland Secretary of Transportation Gregory Slater, Virginia Secretary of Transportation Shannon Valentine, and the District of Columbia’s Acting Director of Transportation Everett Lott.
Their discussions focused on a variety of infrastructure and transportation topics, including rail, public transit, and other regional mobility-focused projects. The panel was moderated by Robert McCartney with introductions by Partnership CEO, JB Holston, and Board of Trade President & CEO, Jack McDougle.
