On March 26th, the Partnership hosted an installment of its Future of Talent Partnership Conversation Series. Ryan Craig of Achieve Partners (and co-founder of Apprenticeships for America) moderated a panel including Jarrett Carter Sr of Howard Community College, Kyla McNally of JPMorgan Chase and Jennie Niles of CityWorks DC. The conversation focused on how the speakers’ organizations approached the development and expansion of apprenticeships that equipped learners with in-demand skills and provided pathways to full-time employment.
